Contacts and Numbers

Bristow Coordinator (918)367-2636

Bristow Library (918)367-6562 or

Creek County Liberacy (918)224-9647

If you have a family member or
friend that would like to learn to read or if you or someone you
know would like to improve existing reading skills, please contact
the Library or Barbara Belk at Creek County Literacy, Inc.
Barbara can assist with accessing reading levels and
providing local tutors.  Your tutor will be arranged to meet your
scheduling needs and meetings will be in an agreed upon location such
as the small conference room at the library, or a room at a local
church.

Taking that first
step can be the most
difficult.  Support your family member in their decision, give
them encouragement and make that call.

Statistics show
that one in every five adults
cannot read above a sixth grade level.  If you'd like to be
a tutor, please call Susie Jackson, (918)367-2636, the Library at (918)367-6562 or the Creek County
Literacy Office at (918)224-9647.
